Abstract:This paper is motivated by the classical theorem due to Hardy and Littlewood which concerns analytic mappings on the unit disk and relates the growth of the derivative with the Hölder continuity. We obtain a version of this result in a very general setting -- for regularly oscillating mappings on a metric space equipped with a weight, which is a continuous and positive function, with values in another metric space. As a consequence, we derive the Hardy and Littlewood theorem for analytic mappings on the unit ball of a normed space.

Abstract:For $\lambda\ge0$, a $C^2$ function $f$ defined on the unit disk ${\mathbb D}$ is said to be $\lambda$-analytic if $D_{\bar{z}}f=0$, where $D_{\bar{z}}$ is the (complex) Dunkl operator given by $D_{\bar{z}}f=\partial_{\bar{z}}f-\lambda(f(z)-f(\bar{z}))/(z-\bar{z})$. The aim of the paper is to study several problems on the associated Bergman spaces $A^{p}_{\lambda}({\mathbb D})$ and Hardy spaces $H_{\lambda}^p({\mathbb D})$ for $p\ge2\lambda/(2\lambda+1)$, such as boundedness of the Bergman projection, growth of functions, density, completeness, and the dual spaces of $A^{p}_{\lambda}({\mathbb D})$ and $H_{\lambda}^p({\mathbb D})$, and characterization and interpolation of $A^{p}_{\lambda}({\mathbb D})$.

Littlewood-type theorems for random Dirichlet series

Abstract:In this paper, we completely give the solution of the problem of Littlewood-type randomization in the Hardy and Bergman spaces of Dirichlet series. The Littlewood-type theorem for Bergman spaces of Dirichlet series is very different from the corresponding version for Hardy spaces of Dirichlet series; but also exhibits various pathological phenomena compared with the setting of analytic Bergman spaces over the unit disk, due to the fact that Dirichlet series behave as power series of infinitely many variables. A description for the inclusion between some mixed norm spaces of Dirichlet series plays an essential role in our investigation. Finally, as another application of the inclusion, we completely characterize the superposition operators between Bergman spaces of Dirichlet series.

Abstract:This article deals with functions with a prefixed range and their inclusion in Hardy and weighted Bergman spaces. This idea was originally introduced by Hansen for Hardy spaces, and it was recently taken into weighted Bergman spaces by Karafyllia and Karamanlis. In particular, we improve a theorem of Karafyllia showing that the Hardy and Bergman numbers of any given domain coincide, that is, the Hardy and weighted Bergman spaces to which a function with prefixed range belongs can be related. The main tools in the proofs are the Green function of the domain and its universal covering map.

Abstract:Let $D$ be a domain in the complex plane $\mathbb{C}$. The Hardy number of $D$, which first introduced by Hansen, is the maximal number $h(D)$ in $[0,+\infty]$ such that $f$ belongs to the classical Hardy space $H^p (\mathbb{D})$ whenever $0<p<h(D)$ and $f$ is holomorphic on the unit disk $\mathbb{D}$ with values in $D$. As an analogue notion to the Hardy number of a domain $D$ in $\mathbb{C}$, we introduce the Bergman number of $D$ and we denote it by $b(D)$. Our main result is that, if $D$ is regular, then $h(D)=b(D)$. This generalizes earlier work by the author and Karamanlis for simply connected domains. The Bergman number $b(D)$ is the maximal number in $[0,+\infty]$ such that $f$ belongs to the weighted Bergman space $A^p_{\alpha} (\mathbb{D})$ whenever $p>0$ and $\alpha>-1$ satisfy $0<\frac{p}{\alpha+2}<b(D)$ and $f$ is holomorphic on $\mathbb{D}$ with values in $D$. We also establish several results about Hardy spaces and weighted Bergman spaces and we give a new characterization of the Hardy number and thus of the Bergman number of a regular domain with respect to the harmonic measure.

Abstract:In this paper we introduce new spaces of holomorphic functions on the pointed unit disc of $\mathbb C$ that generalize classical Bergman spaces. We prove some fundamental properties of these spaces and their dual spaces. We finish the paper by extending Hardy-Littlewood and Fejér-Riesz inequalities to these spaces with an application on Toeplitz operators.

Abstract: The $p-$Bergman kernel $K_p(\cdot)$ is shown to be of $C^{1,1/2}$ for $1<p<\infty$. An unexpected relation between the off-diagonal $p-$Bergman kernel $K_p(\cdot,z)$ and certain weighted $L^2$ Bergman kernel is given for $1\le p\le 2$. As applications, we show that for each $1\le p\le 2$, $K_p(\cdot,z)\in L^q(\Omega)$ for $q< \frac{2pn}{2n-\alpha(\Omega)}$ and $|K_s(z)-K_p(z)| \lesssim |s-p||\log |s-p||$ whenever the hyperconvexity index $\alpha(\Omega)$ is positive. Counterexamples for $2<p<\infty$ are given respectively. An optimal upper bound for the holomorphic sectional curvature of the $p-$Bergman metric when $2\le p<\infty$ is obtained. For bounded $C^2$ domains, it is shown that the Hardy space and the Bergman space satisfy $H^p(\Omega)\subset A^q(\Omega)$ where $q=p(1+\frac1n)$. A new concept so-called the $p-$Schwarz content is introduced. As applications, upper bounds of the Banach-Mazur distance between $p-$Bergman spaces are given, and $A^p(\Omega)$ is shown to be non-Chebyshev in $L^p(\Omega)$ for $0<p\le 1$. For planar domains, we obtain a rigidity theorem for the $p-$Bergman kernel (which is not valid in high dimensional cases), and a characterization of non-isolated boundary points through completeness of the Narasimhan-Simha metric.
Hardy-Sobolev type inequalities and their applications

Abstract: This paper is devoted to various applications of Hardy-Sobolev type inequalities. We derive a new $L^2$ estimate for the $\bar{\partial}-$equation on ${\mathbb C}^n$ which yields a quantitative generalization of the Hartogs extension theorem to the case when the singularity set is not necessary compact. We show that for any negative subharmonic function $\psi$ on ${\mathbb R}^n$, $n>2$, the BMO norm of $\log |\psi|$ is bounded above by $2\sqrt{n-2}$ and $|\psi|^\gamma$ satisfies a reverse H\"older inequality for every $0<\gamma<1$. We also show that every plurisubharmonic function is locally BMO. Several Liouville theorems for subharmonic functions on complete Riemannian manifolds are given. As a consequence, we get a Margulis type theorem that if a bounded domain in ${\mathbb C}^n$ covers a Zariski open set in a projective algebraic variety, then the group of deck transformations of the covering has trivial center.
On several problems in p-Bergman theory

Abstract:In this paper, we first answer Chen-Zhang's problem on $p$-Bergman metric proposed in \cite{CZ22}. Second, we prove the off-diagonal p-Bergman kernel function $K_p(z,w)$ is Hölder continuous of order (1-$\varepsilon$) about the second component when $p>1$ for any $\varepsilon>0$, which improves the corresponding result of Chen-Zhang. Moreover, we prove the asymptotic behavior of the maximizer of $p$-Bergman kernel as $p\rightarrow 1^-$. Finally, we give a characterization of a class of holomorphic functions on $\mathbb{B}^1$ to be $L^p$-integrable.

Abstract:Analysis and Applications, Ahead of Print. The main focus of this contribution is on the harmonic Bergman spaces [math] on the [math]-homogeneous tree [math] endowed with a family of measures [math] that are constant on the horocycles tangent to a fixed boundary point and turn out to be doubling with respect to the corresponding horocyclic Gromov distance. A central role is played by the reproducing kernel Hilbert space [math] for which we find a natural orthonormal basis and formulae for the kernel. We also consider the atomic Hardy space and the bounded mean oscillation space. Appealing to an adaptation of Calderón–Zygmund theory and to standard boundedness results for integral operators on [math] spaces with Hörmander-type kernels, we determine the boundedness properties of the Bergman projection. Abstract:We study the density of functions which are holomorphic in a neighbourhood of the closure $\overline{\Omega}$ of a bounded non-smooth pseudoconvex domain $\Omega$, in the Bergman space $ H^2(\Omega ,\varphi)$ with a plurisubharmonic weight $\varphi$. As an application, we show that the Hartogs domain $$ \Omega _\alpha : = \{(z,w) \in D\times \C: |w|< \delta^\alpha_D(z) \}, \ \ \ \alpha>0, $$ where $D\subset \subset \C$ and $\delta_D$ denotes the boundary distance, is Bergman complete if and only if every boundary point of $D$ is non-isolated.

Abstract:We prove nontangential asymptotic limits of the Bergman kernel on the diagonal, and the Bergman metric and its holomorphic sectional curvature at exponentially flat infinite type boundary points of smooth bounded pseudoconvex domains in $\mathbb{C}^{n+1}$, $n\in\mathbb{N}$. We first show that these objects satisfy appropriate localizations and then use the method of scaling to complete the proof.

Abstract:We obtain inequalities of the form $$\int_C |f(z)|^p |dz| \leq A(p) \int_{\mathbb{T}} |f(z)|^p |dz|, \quad (p>1)$$ where $f$ is harmonic in the unit disk $\mathbb{D}$, $\mathbb{T}$ is the unit circle, and $C$ is any convex curve in $\mathbb{D}$. Such inequalities were originally studied for analytic functions by R. M. Gabriel [Proc. London Math. Soc. 28(2), 1928]. We show that these results, unlike in the case of analytic functions, cannot be true in general for $0< p \le 1$. Therefore, we produce an inequality of a slightly different type, which deals with the case $0<p<1$. An example is given to show that this result is "best possible", in the sense that an extension to $p=1$ fails. Then we consider the special case when $C$ is a circle, and prove a refined result which surprisingly holds for $p=1$ as well. We conclude with a maximal theorem which has potential applications.

Abstract:Let $\mathbb{B}^d$ be the unit ball on the complex space $\mathbb{C}^d$ with normalized Lebesgue measure $dv.$ For $\alpha\in\mathbb{R},$ denote $k_\alpha(z,w)=\frac{1}{(1-\langle z,w\rangle)^\alpha},$ the Bergman-type integral operator $K_\alpha$ on $L^1(\mathbb{B}^d,dv)$ is defined by $$ K_\alpha f(z)=\int_{\mathbb{B}^d}k_\alpha(z,w)f(w)dv(w).$$ It is an important class of operators in the holomorphic function space theory over the unit ball. We also consider the integral operator $K_\alpha^+$ on $L^1(\mathbb{B}^d,dv)$ which is given by $$ K_\alpha^+ f(z)=\int_{\mathbb{B}^d}\vert k_\alpha(z,w)\vert f(w)dv(w).$$ In this paper, we completely characterize the $L^p$-$L^q$ boundedness of $K_\alpha,K_\alpha^+$ and $L^p$-$L^q$ compactness of $K_\alpha.$ The results of boundedness are in fact the Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev theorem but also prove the conjecture of G. Cheng et al [Trans. Amer. Math. Soc. (2017), MR3710638 ] in the case of bounded domain $\mathbb{B}^d.$ Meanwhile, a trace formula and some sharp norm estimates of $K_\alpha,K_\alpha^+$ are given.
