Abstract:This paper is devoted to ring theoretic properties and representations of the quantum Galilei group Fq(G) and its Hopf dual Uq(g) . We classify the primitive ideals and simple modules of Fq(G) and Uq(g) over an algebraically closed field of arbitrary characteristic. We determine their groups of automorphisms over a field of characteristic zero.

Abstract:In this paper, the module-algebra structures of U-q(sl(m + 1)) = H(e(i), f(i), k(i)(+/- 1))(1 <= i <= m)., on the coordinate algebra of quantum vector spaces are studied. We denote the coordinate algebra of quantum n-dimensional vector space by A(q)(n). As our main result, first, we give a complete classification of module-algebra structures of U-p(sl(m + 1)) on A(q)(3) when k(i) is an element of Aut L(A(q)(3)) as actions on A(q)(3) for i = 1,...,m and m >= 2 and with the same method, on A(q)(2), all module-algebra structures of U-q(sl(m + 1)) are characterized. Lastly, the module-algebra structures of U-q(sl(m + 1)) on A(q)(n) are obtained for any n >= 4.

Abstract:In the present paper, using the technique of localization, we determine the center of the quantum Schr\"{o}dinger algebra $\S_q$ and classify simple modules with finite-dimensional weight spaces over $\S_q$, when $q$ is not a root of unity. It turns out that there are four classes of such modules: dense $U_q(\mathfrak{sl}_2)$-modules, highest weight modules, lowest weight modules, and twisted modules of highest weight modules.

Abstract:In this paper, we construct a class of new modules for the quantum group U-q(sl(2)) which are free of rank 1 when restricted to C[K-+/- 1]. The irreducibility of these modules and submodule structure for reducible ones are determined. It is proved that any C[K-+/- 1]-free U-q(sl(2))-module of rank 1 is isomorphic to one of the modules we constructed, and their isomorphism classes are obtained. We also investigate the tensor products of the C[K-+/- 1]-free modules with finite-dimensional simple modules over U-q(sl(2)), and for the generic cases, we obtain direct sum decomposition formulas for them, which are similar to the well-known Clebsch-Gordan formula for tensor products between finite-dimensional weight modules over U-q(sl(2)).

Abstract:Let $\mathscr{C}$ be the category of finite-dimensional modules over a simply-laced quantum affine algebra $U_q(\widehat{\mathfrak{g}})$. For any height function $\xi$ and $\ell\in \mathbb{Z}_{\geq 1}$, we introduce certain subcategories $\mathscr{C}^{\leq \xi}_\ell$ of $\mathscr{C}$, and prove that the quantum Grothendieck ring $K_t(\mathscr{C}^{\leq \xi}_\ell)$ of $\mathscr{C}^{\leq \xi}_\ell$ admits a quantum cluster algebra structure. Using $F$-polynomials and monoidal categorifications of cluster algebras, we classify all real simple modules in $\mathscr{C}^{\leq \xi}_1$ in terms of their highest $\ell$-weight monomials, among them the families of type $D$ and type $E$ are new. For any $\ell$, inspired by Hernandez and Leclerc's work, we propose two conjectures for the study of real simple modules, and prove them for the subcategories $\mathscr{C}^{\leq \xi}_\ell$ whose Grothendieck rings are cluster algebras of finite type.

Abstract:We construct a large class of simple modules for the Heisenberg–Virasoro algebra. These modules are determined by the simple modules over the finite-dimensional quotient algebras of certain natural subalgebras. The known simple modules such as the highest weight modules and Whittaker modules are included. In particular, we recover one of the main results of Billig (2003) in [3] and reobtain the simplicity of the Verma modules in a special case of Arbarello et al. (1988) in [1]. We also characterize a large subclass of these modules as simple modules with locally finite actions of elements in certain positive part.

Abstract:We introduce the notion of quantum-symmetric equivalence of two connected graded algebras, based on Morita-Takeuchi equivalences of their universal quantum groups, in the sense of Manin. We study homological and algebraic invariants of quantum-symmetric equivalence classes, and prove that numerical $\mathrm{Tor}$-regularity, Castelnuovo-Mumford regularity, Artin-Schelter regularity, and the Frobenius property are invariant under any Morita-Takeuchi equivalence. In particular, by combining our results with the work of Raedschelders and Van den Bergh, we prove that Koszul Artin-Schelter regular algebras of a fixed global dimension form a single quantum-symmetric equivalence class. Moreover, we characterize 2-cocycle twists (which arise as a special case of quantum-symmetric equivalence) of Koszul duals, of superpotentials, of superpotential algebras, of Nakayama automorphisms of twisted Frobenius algebras, and of Artin-Schelter regular algebras. We also show that finite generation of Hochschild cohomology rings is preserved under certain 2-cocycle twists.

On some algebraic and geometric aspects of the quantum unitary group

Abstract:Consider the compact quantum group $U_q(2)$, where $q$ is a non-zero complex deformation parameter such that $|q|\neq 1$. Let $C(U_q(2))$ denote the underlying $C^*$-algebra of the compact quantum group $U_q(2)$. We prove that if $q$ is a non-real complex number and $q^\prime$ is real, then the underlying $C^*$-algebras $C(U_q(2))$ and $C(U_{q^\prime}(2))$ are non-isomorphic. This is in sharp contrast with the case of braided $SU_q(2)$, introduced earlier by Woronowicz et al., where $q$ is a non-zero complex deformation parameter. In another direction, on a geometric aspect of $U_q(2)$, we introduce torus action on the $C^*$-algebra $C(U_q(2))$ and obtain a $C^*$-dynamical system $(C(U_q(2)),\mathbb{T}^3,\alpha)$. We construct a $\mathbb{T}^3$-equivariant spectral triple for $U_q(2)$ that is even and $3^+$-summable. It is shown that the Dirac operator is K-homologically nontrivial.

Abstract:A smooth projective toric variety $X=X_\Sigma$ has a geometric quotient description $V /\!/ T$. Using $2|1$-pointed quasimap invariants, one can define a quantum $H^*(T)$-module $QM(X)$, which deforms a natural module structure given by the Kirwan map $H^*(T) \rightarrow H^*(X)$. The Batyrev ring of $X$, defined from combinatorial data of the fan $\Sigma$, has its natural module structure given by the quotient of a polynomial ring, say BatM$(X)$. In this paper, we prove that $QM(X)$ and BatM$(X)$ are naturally isomorphic when $X$ is semipositive.

Abstract:We show that many tame modules of the quantum toroidal $\mathfrak{gl}_2$ algebra can be explicitly constructed in a purely combinatorial way using the theory of $q$-characters. The examples include families of evaluation modules obtained from analytic continuation and automorphism twists of Verma modules of the quantum affine $\mathfrak{gl}_2$ algebra. The combinatorial bases in the modules are labeled by colored plane partitions with various properties.

Abstract:In this paper, a family of non-weight modules over Lie superalgebras S(q) of Block type are studied. Free U(η)-modules of rank 1 over Ramond-Block algebras and free U(𝔥)-modules of rank 2 over Neveu-Schwarz-Block algebras are constructed and classified. Moreover, the sufficient and necessary conditions for such modules to be simple are presented, and their isomorphism classes are also determined. The results cover some existing results.

Abstract:In this article, a large class of simple modules over the Schrödinger–Virasoro algebra G are constructed, which include highest weight modules and Whittaker modules. These modules are determined by the simple modules over the finite-dimensional quotient algebras of some subalgebras. Moreover, we show that all simple modules of G with locally finite actions of elements in a certain positive part belong to this class of simple modules. Similarly, a large class of simple modules over the W-algebra W(2,2) are constructed.

Abstract:Let g be a finite dimensional complex simple Lie algebra, and let U=Uq(g) be its quantized enveloping algebra with a triangular decomposition U=U−U0U+. We classify all U-module structures on U0 with the regular action of U0 on itself, which are shown to have direct connections with the q-Weyl algebra and the bounded weight representations. We obtain that the necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of such modules is that U has to be of type An(n≥1), Bn(n≥2) or Cn(n≥3). Moreover, we study their module structures and associated weight modules for each type.
