This investigation has uncovered evidence of one or more of the following indicators of systematic manipulation of the publication process: (1) Discrepancies in scope (2) Discrepancies in the description of the research reported (3) Discrepancies between the availability of data and the research described (4) Inappropriate citations (5) Incoherent, meaningless and/or irrelevant content included in the article (6) Manipulated or compromised peer review

What problem does this paper attempt to address?

This paper originally attempted to explore the impact of China's additional deduction policy for research and development expenses on enterprise innovation additionality and provide empirical evidence from China. Specifically, the study aimed to answer the following questions: 1. What are the specific impacts of the additional deduction policy for research and development expenses on enterprise innovation activities? 2. Can this policy effectively promote the innovation input and output of enterprises? 3. What different responses do enterprises of different scales and industry types have after the policy implementation? However, according to the investigation by the publisher Hindawi, there are multiple problems of systematically manipulating the publication process in this article, including but not limited to: - Inconsistent description of the research scope - Inconsistent description of the research content - Differences between data availability and research description - Improper citation - Inclusion of incoherent, meaningless or irrelevant content - Manipulation or compromise of peer review These problems have seriously affected the integrity and reliability of the article content, so the article has been retracted. Hindawi regrets its failure to identify these problems before publication and has taken additional measures to ensure the integrity of the research. Therefore, although the research objective of the original paper was clear, due to the above reasons, its conclusions and data are no longer considered reliable.
