Abstract:The invention discloses water-based plastic printing ink, which is prepared from the following materials in percentage by weight: 35 to 45 percent of water-based acrylic resin binder, 8 to 20 percent of pigment, 4 to 8 percent of filler, 35 to 45 percent of solvent and 4 to 8 percent of aid, wherein the water-based acrylic resin binder is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 7.5 to 7.9 percent of acrylic acid, 20 to 25 percent of styrene, 5 to 7 percent of monoethanolamine, 24 to 30 percent of 95 percent industrial ethanol, 30 to 40 percent of water and 1 to 2 percent of azodiisobutyronitrile through condensation, amination and emulsification. Volatile matters of the water-based plastic printing ink have small odor, and has light pollution on environment and a little harm to the bodies of printing operators, and printed matters doe not have any solvent residue and meet the requirement on environmental protection of food packages and other packages.
