Abstract:OBJECTIVES This analysis examines self-perceived health among Canadian adolescents aged 12 to 17, and factors associated with ratings of very good/excellent health. DATA SOURCE The data are from cycle 1.1 of the 2000/01 Canadian Community Health Survey (CCHS), conducted by Statistics Canada. The sample consisted of 12,715 adolescents aged 12 to 17. ANALYTICAL TECHNIQUES Cross-tabulations were used to estimate the prevalence of various characteristics and health behaviours for the 12-to-14 and 15-to-17 age groups. Multiple logistic regression was used to model associations between very good/excellent self-reported health and selected characteristics. MAIN RESULTS In 2000/01, nearly 30% of 12- to 17-year-olds rated their health as poor, fair or good. At ages 15 to 17, girls were less likely than boys to report very good/excellent health and were more likely to have a chronic condition and to have experienced depression in the past year. When other factors were taken into account, the odds of reporting very good/excellent health were significantly lower for teens who were daily smokers, episodic heavy drinkers, physically inactive during leisure time, infrequent consumers of fruit and vegetables, or obese, compared with teens who did not have these characteristics.

Abstract:Linking microbial community structure to physiology and ecological processes is a critical focus of microbial ecology. To understand the microbial functional gene patterns related to soil greenhouse gas [carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O)] emissions under oil contamination, we used functional gene array (GeoChip 5.0) analysis and network methods to investigate the feedback responses of soil microbial functional gene patterns and identify keystone genes in Shengli Oilfield, China. The microbial functional gene number, relative abundance and diversity involved in carbon degradation and nitrogen cycling decreased consistently with the reduced CO2 and N2O flux in oil contaminated soils, whereas the gene number and relative abundance of methane-production related genes increased with contamination. Functional molecular ecological networks were built based on random matrix theory, where network structures and properties showed significantly variation between oil contaminated and uncontaminated soils (P<0.05). Network nodes, connectivity and complexity all reduced under oil contamination. The sensitive and the highest connective genes in the network were identified as keystone genes, based on Mann-Whitney U tests and network analysis. Our findings improved the understanding of the microbe-mediated mechanisms affecting soil greenhouse gas emissions.

Abstract:To compare the functional gene structure and diversity of microbial communities in saline-alkali and slightly acidic oil-contaminated sites, 40 soil samples were collected from two typical oil exploration sites in North and South China and analyzed with a comprehensive functional gene array (GeoChip 3.0). The overall microbial pattern was significantly different between the two sites, and a more divergent pattern was observed in slightly acidic soils. Response ratio was calculated to compare the microbial functional genes involved in organic contaminant degradation and carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulfur cycling. The results indicated a significantly low abundance of most genes involved in organic contaminant degradation and in the cycling of nitrogen and phosphorus in saline-alkali soils. By contrast, most carbon degradation genes and all carbon fixation genes had similar abundance at both sites. Based on the relationship between the environmental variables and microbial functional structure, pH was the major factor influencing the microbial distribution pattern in the two sites. This study demonstrated that microbial functional diversity and heterogeneity in oil-contaminated environments can vary significantly in relation to local environmental conditions. The limitation of nitrogen and phosphorus and the low degradation capacity of organic contaminant should be carefully considered, particularly in most oil-exploration sites with saline-alkali soils.
Long-Term Oil Contamination Alters the Molecular Ecological Networks of Soil Microbial Functional Genes

Abstract:With knowledge on microbial composition and diversity, investigation of within-community interactions is a further step to elucidate microbial ecological functions, such as the biodegradation of hazardous contaminants. In this work, microbial functional molecular ecological networks were studied in both contaminated and uncontaminated soils to determine the possible influences of oil contamination on microbial interactions and potential functions. Soil samples were obtained from an oil-exploring site located in South China, and the microbial functional genes were analyzed with GeoChip, a high-throughput functional microarray. By building random networks based on null model, we demonstrated that overall network structures and properties were significantly different between contaminated and uncontaminated soils (P < 0.001). Network connectivity, module numbers, and modularity were all reduced with contamination. Moreover, the topological roles of the genes (module hub and connectors) were altered with oil contamination. Subnetworks of genes involved in alkane and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon degradation were also constructed. Negative co-occurrence patterns prevailed among functional genes, thereby indicating probable competition relationships. The potential "keystone" genes, defined as either "hubs" or genes with highest connectivities in the network, were further identified. The network constructed in this study predicted the potential effects of anthropogenic contamination on microbial community co-occurrence interactions.

Abstract:The microbial community structure in oil polluted site at the Daqing Oil Field in north-east China was studied for different soil conditions.The GeoChip technique was used to analyze the microbial community structure in the soil for different treatments including oil pollution,nutrition variations and plant growth.The result indicated that the rhizosphere effect had the most remarkable effect on the microbial community structure,the oil pollution level was second most important,and the nutrition level was the least.The rhizosphere conditions influenced the carbon degradation and carbon fixation.The oil pollution influenced the carbon metabolism and inhibited microbe growth.The total number of detected genes showed significant negative correlation with the pollution level.The microbial community structure related to the carbon degradation reflected the whole community structure in the oil polluted soil.
Analysis of Microbial Community Heterogeneity and Carbon Fixation Capabilities in Oil-Contaminated Soils in Chinese Onshore Oilfields

Abstract:This study selected 27 soil samples from four representative horizontally distributed onshore oilfields in China to explore the diversity of soil microbial communities and their carbon fixation capacity, with a focus on the potential interaction between pollution and carbon fixation under oil pollution stress. The analysis of the soil physicochemical properties and microbial community structures from these oilfield samples confirmed a clear biogeographic isolation effect, indicating spatial heterogeneity in the microbial communities. Additionally, the key factors influencing microbial community composition differed across regions. The dominant bacterial phyla of soil microorganisms under soil pollution stress were Proteobacteria, Actinobacteriota, Chloroflexi, Acidobacteriota, Firmicutes, Bacteroidota, and Gemmatimonadota. A correlation network analysis identified Immundisolibacter, Acinetobacter, Blastococcus, Truepera, and Kocuria as key players in the microbial network, with most showing positive correlations. The results of the KEGG database functional annotation showed that degradation and carbon fixation metabolic pathways coexist in soil samples and maintain a balanced relative abundance. These metabolic pathways highlight the functional diversity of microorganisms. Among them, prokaryotic and eukaryotic carbon fixation pathways, along with benzoate degradation pathways, are predominant. These findings establish a theoretical basis for further exploration of the synergistic mechanisms underlying pollution reduction and carbon sequestration by microorganisms in petroleum-contaminated soils.
Microbial Community Constitute and Phylogenetic Analysis on Oil Polluted Soils in Oilfields of China

Abstract:The microbial communities in oil polluted soils from oilfields of China were analyzed using a modern molecular biological approach. The crude total DNA from soils were directly extracted, 16S rDNA fraction were amplified by PCR, the bands were separated using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE), and some of the typical bands were sequenced and compared with the records of NCBI to classify the germs. Comparison of the DNA extraction indicated that the yields were 1.4-2.2 times as much as the existing technique, and the DNA purity reached 1.8-2.0. With higher similarity and correlation in CQ and DQ oilfields but lower in that of SL and YM oilfields, the influence factors to microbial communities consisted in the elementary properties of soil samples such as oil contents, water ratio, etc. Extraction and sequencing analysis of selected 16S rDNA bands demonstrated a range of similarity of 89%-100% to reference bacteria. The Shannon-Weiner index of the oil contaminated soils was 0.5-1.2, and which was increased slightly along with the enhancement of microbial amounts and FDA activities. According to this research, it has possibility in developing a reliable tool for researching oil contaminated soil bacteria diversity, and in applying a credible foundation for adjusting the microbial ecosystem and determining the dominant community in contaminated soils in oilfields.

Abstract:Contamination significantly affects soil microbial community structures, and the metabolisms of organic contaminants might particularly alter soil carbon cycling by shaping microbial carbon cycling genes. Although numerous studies have discussed the impacts of petroleum contamination on soil bacterial communities and relevant degrading genes, there is no work addressing how soil carbon cycling genes are affected by petroleum contamination. In this study, 77 soil samples were collected from five typical oilfields horizontally located in China to explore the influence of environmental variables and petroleum contamination on microbial carbon cycling genes. Results from Geochip suggested a geographic-determined distribution of carbon cycling genes. Although no significant correlation was observed between carbon cycling genes and soil physio-chemical properties for all soils, some relationships were identified in specific oilfield. Principle component analysis indicated that soil physio-chemical properties, rather than petroleum contamination disturbance, are the key factors determining the degree of sample dispersion, whereas environmental variables predominantly control the degree of sample aggregation. Co-occurrence ecological network analysis revealed a more complex interactions of all functional genes in petroleum-contaminated soils, and carbon cycling genes were grouped with nitrogen related genes in petroleum-contaminated communities. Soil moisture and heterogeneity were identified as the main drivers for the abundance and diversity of carbon cycling genes, particularly in petroleum-contaminated soils. These results are attributing to the fewer impacts of petroleum contamination on the diversity of carbon cycling genes than soil physio-chemical properties, and soil carbon cycling genes are mainly driven by geographic location and petroleum contamination together. Our findings provide deeper insight into the influence of petroleum contamination in soil microbial functions related to carbon cycling.
Long-term Oil Contamination Increases Deterministic Assembly Processes in Soil Microbes.

Abstract:The mechanisms that drive microbial turnover in time and space have received considerable attention but remain unclear, especially for situations with anthropogenic perturbation. To understand the impact of long-term oil contamination on microbial spatial turnover, 100 soil samples were taken from five oil exploration fields located in different geographic regions across China. The microbial functional diversity was analyzed with a high-throughput functional gene array, GeoChip. Our results indicated that soil microbial α-diversity (richness and Shannon diversity index) decreased significantly with contamination. All contaminated and uncontaminated samples exhibited significant spatial autocorrelation between microbial community similarity and spatial distance, as described by a distance-decay relationship (DDR). However, long-term oil exposure flattened the slopes of the DDRs of all of the functional genes and each functional group involved in C/N/P/S cycling, particularly of those involved in contaminant degradation. The relative importance of deterministic and stochastic processes in microbial assembly was determined. The decrease in microbial spatial turnover with long-term oil contamination was coupled with an increase in the proportion of deterministic processes that structured microbial assembly based on null model analysis. The results indicated long-term oil contamination significantly affects soil microbial community spatial structure by acting as an environmental filter to decrease the regional differences distinguishing soil microbial communities.
Responses of Petroleum Contamination at Different Sites to Soil Physicochemical Properties and Indigenous Microbial Communities

Abstract:In order to investigate the response of soil physicochemical properties and indigenous microbial community structures to oil pollution in different regions, and to systematically clarify the commonalities and differences of the effects of external environmental factors on microbial community structure and diversity in oil-contaminated soils around the world, this study collected oil-contaminated and clean soils from four regions in China with distinct geographic locations and climate differences (temperature and rainfall). The total petroleum hydrocarbon content and soil physicochemical properties were analyzed by gas chromatography and conventional chemical testing methods. Meanwhile, 16S rRNA Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology and statistical methods were used to study the microbial community structure composition and diversity of soils at different depths, and the results were compared with literature data from other oil-polluted areas around the world. The results evidenced that oil pollution in different regions would affect soil physicochemical properties, especially total organic carbon. Microbial community analysis showed that external environmental factors had similarity on the phylum level on the microbial community composition and diversity, both dominated by Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria. However, there were significant differences at the genus level. The dominant bacterial genera in contaminated soils from Zhejiang (103–130 mg/kg), Liaoning (2640–8660 mg/kg), Guangdong (43–87 mg/kg), and Xinjiang (16–1100 mg/kg) were Lysobacter , Sphingomonas , Burkholderia–Caballeronia–Paraburkholderia , and Nocardioides , respectively. Combined with literature reports, we found that the microbial community composition in oil-polluted soils worldwide (Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Oceania) is consistent with the results of this study. The microbial community diversity laws of oil-contaminated soils summarized in this study at multiple spatial scales provide information for the biological remediation and microbiological evaluation standards of oil-contaminated soils.

Abstract:Since total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) are toxic and persistent in environments, studying the impact of oil contamination on microbial communities in different soils is vital to oil production engineering, effective soil management and pollution control. This study analyzed the impact of oil contamination on the structure, activity and function in carbon metabolism of microbial communities of Chernozem soil from Daqing oil field and Cinnamon soil from Huabei oil field through both culture-dependent techniques and a culture-independent technique—pyrosequencing. Results revealed that pristine microbial communities in these two soils presented disparate patterns, where Cinnamon soil showed higher abundance of alkane, (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) PAHs and TPH degraders, number of cultivable microbes, bacterial richness, bacterial biodiversity, and stronger microbial activity and function in carbon metabolism than Chernozem soil. It suggested that complicated properties of microbes and soils resulted in the difference in soil microbial patterns. However, the changes of microbial communities caused by oil contamination were similar in respect of two dominant phenomena. Firstly, the microbial community structures were greatly changed, with higher abundance, higher bacterial biodiversity, occurrence of Candidate_division_BRC1 and TAO6, disappearance of BD1-5 and Candidate_division_OD1, dominance of Streptomyces, higher percentage of hydrocarbon-degrading groups, and lower percentage of nitrogen-transforming groups. Secondly, microbial activity and function in carbon metabolism were significantly enhanced. Based on the characteristics of microbial communities in the two soils, appropriate strategy for in situ bioremediation was provided for each oil field. This research underscored the usefulness of combination of culture-dependent techniques and next-generation sequencing techniques both to unravel the microbial patterns and understand the ecological impact of contamination.

[Microbial Community Structure and Distribution Characteristics in Oil Contaminated Soil].

Abstract:Molecular biology methods such as PCR-DGGE combined with phylogenetic analysis were used for the soil microbial community structure and distribution profiling. Relationship of microbial community structure and distribution differed in a typical oil contaminated field was studied. Results showed that soil oil content was the main factor to the difference of microbial community structure similarity. The similarity index of microbial community structure and oil content had a significantly negative correlation. The contaminated soil microorganism genus had an uneven distribution. Thus, soil pollution had obvious stress and differentiation for microbial community structure and species relationship. Dominant species in oil contaminated soil were identified as Gulosibacter, Halomonas, Petrobacter, Methylocystis, and Pseudoalteromonas. The findings provide a basis for understanding the microbial characteristics of oil contaminated soil.
Microbial functional heterogeneity induced in a petroleum-polluted soil profile

Abstract:Microbial taxonomic diversity declines with increasing stress caused by petroleum pollution. However, few studies have tested whether functional diversities vary similarly to taxonomic diversity along the stress gradient. Here, we investigated soil microbial communities in a petrochemically polluted site in China. Total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) concentrations were higher in the middle (2–3 m) and deep soil layer (3–5 m) than in the surface soil layer (0–2 m). Accordingly, microbial taxonomic α-diversity was decreased by 44% (p < 0.001) in the middle and deep soil layers, compared to the surface soil layer. In contrast, functional α-diversity decreased by 3% (p < 0.001), showing a much better buffering capacity to environmental stress. Differences in microbial taxonomic and functional β-diversities were enlarged in the middle and deep soil layers, extending the Anna Karenina Principle (AKP) that a community adapts to stressful environments in its own way. Consistent with the stress gradient hypothesis, we revealed a higher degree of network connectivity among microbial species and genes in the middle and deep soil layers compared to the surface soil layer. Together, we demonstrate that microbial functionality is more tolerant to stress than taxonomy, both of which were amenable to AKP and the stress gradient hypothesis.

Microbial diversity in Yubei Oil field determined by high-throughput sequencing

Abstract:Identification of active microbial markers is the core of microbial prospecting for oil and gas.However,current studies lack an in-depth understanding of oil and gas microbial markers above the typical reservoirs.In order to further understand the microbial information above the oil and gas fields,the microbial diversity in the soil above the Yubei oil field was studied.In this study,high-throughput sequencing techniques were used to investigate the abundance of oil and gas microbial species and community structure in the Yubei area.The results showed that samples obtained above the oil and gas spots contained more endemic species than those from obtained from the background non-oil and gas spots;199 different microbes were present in the oil and gas samples compared with 77 different microbes in the non-oil and gas samples.Ten major oil-gas microbes were identified,and three dominant species (Pseudomonas,Bacillus,and Agrobacterium) are facultative microbial organisms.Furthermore,two potential families of microbial indicator bacteria (Vibrionaceae and Erythrobacteraceae) were identified.Based on the abnormal distribution of oil and gas microbes,an oil and gas enrichment zone and potential favorable drilling targets are inferred in the Yubei area.The results of oil and gas microbe in Yubei area with microbial distribution of the characteristics in this study laid the foundation,in order to further study indicator bacteria for underlying oil and gas.
Diversity and Abundance of N-Alkane-Degrading Bacteria in the Near-Surface Soils of A Chinese Onshore Oil and Gas Field

Abstract:Alkane-degrading bacteria have long been used as an important biological indicator for oil and gas prospecting, but their ecological characteristics in hydrocarbon microseep habitats are still poorly understood. In this study, the diversity and abundance of n-alkane-degrading bacterial community in the near-surface soils of a Chinese onshore oil and gas field were investigated using molecular techniques. Terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) analyses in combination with cloning and sequencing of alkB genes revealed that Gram-negative genotypes (Alcanivorax and Acinetobacter) dominated n-alkane-degrading bacterial communities in the near-surface soils of oil and gas reservoirs, while the dominant microbial communities were Gram-positive bacteria (Mycobacterium and Rhodococcus) in background soil. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) results furthermore showed that the abundance of alkB genes increased substantially in the surface soils above oil and gas reservoirs even though only low or undetectable concentrations of hydrocarbons were measured in these soils. The results of this study implicate that trace amounts of volatile hydrocarbons migrate from oil and gas reservoirs, and likely result in the changes of microbial communities in the near-surface soil.
Isolation and Identification of petroleum degrading strains and the diversity of microbes in petroleum-contaminated soils

Abstract:Four petroleum-contaminated soil samples at different degree were collected and used for isolation of petroleum-degrading bacterium. 28 petroleum-degrading strains were screened and identified as Brevibacterium, Pseudomonas, Micrococcus and Plesiomonas, respectively. There are more petroleum-degrading bacteria in heavy petroleum-contaminated soil than that in light contaminated soil, and Brevibacterium and Pseudomonas are dominant petroleum-degrading bacteria. A culture-independent molecular biological method was applied to analyze the genetic diversity of microbial communities of the four soil samples. Application of Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis (DGGE) in this study had provided new ideas for study of the microbial community in petroleum- contaminated soil. The genomic DNA of microbial community were extracted from the four soil samples in chemical method, which is based on lysis with a high salt extract ion buffer (1.5mol/L NaCl) and extend heating (2 to 3 h) of the soil suspension in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), CTAB and proteinase K. After purification of the genomic DNA with DNA gel recovery kits, the V3 variable fragments of genes coding for 16S rRNA were amplified by using specific primers. The result of agarose gel(1.5%) electrophoresis showed that the PCR products were about 230 bp. The amplified DNA fragments were then separated by paralleled DGGE with the denaturant (urea and formamide) from 30% to 60% to generate DNA fingerprints, nine major bands from DGGE profiles of the four samples were eluted from gel, then reamplified and sequenced. The results suggested that they belonged to 2 OTUs at 97% homo logy cutoff, 4 OTUs shared 97%-100% homology with known sequences in the database, while 3 OTUs had 91%-95% homology with known sequences. The isolates from 8 OTUs grouped together with some uncultured eubacteria in the database. A phylogenetic analysis of 9 OTUs classified them into three major groups: the OTU2 lineage and the other 8 OTUs lineage, the latter was classified further into 6 subgroups. The results indicated the diversity of soil microbes was significantly correlated with the degree of petroleum contamination. Owing to the selective pressure of petroleum pollutants, there was less diversity of microbes in heavy contaminated soil than that in light contaminated soil. Sequences alignment results showed Mycobacterium and Bacillus bacteria are dominant population in light contaminated soil and Flavobacterium and Azospira are dominant population in heavy contaminated soil. The results of GC-MS indicated the degree of contamination, especially the content of aromatic hydrocarbons affect the diversity of soil microbes. The petroleum-degrading strains isolated in this study will be good candidates for bioremediation of petroleum-contaminated soils, and the analysis of the microbe diversity in petroleum-contaminated soils will offer a valid scientific basis for better bioremediation of petroleum-contaminated soil.

Abstract:Abstract The dynamics of microbial diversity in response to biotic and abiotic disturbances provide a sensitive indicator for evaluating the potential stability and degradation of soils in agro‐ecosystems. To determine the effect on soil bacterial communities of disturbances by plant growth ( Robinia pseudoacacia ) and oil contamination, we sequenced 16S rRNA genes using MiSeq technology. A greenhouse experiment was conducted using 21 agro‐soils from 19 provinces in China. Abiotic and biotic disturbances, including treating the soils with sterile water, crude oil, and/or an invasive plant, altered the bacterial community structure in the soils, increased bacterial richness, and reduced bacterial dispersion. Oil contamination exerted stronger effects on the bacterial α‐ and β‐diversity than plant growth. The different responses of bacterial communities and the core microbiome indicated that the disturbances shifted the prevalent soil microbial groups in agro‐ecosystems. Among different sampling sites, community dissimilarity increased with spatial distance. Edaphic factors (deterministic processes) exerted the primary influence on the assembly of soil microbiomes in agricultural fields, whereas geographic factors (stochastic processes) were less influential. The bacterial communities in agro‐soils from warmer regions were more sensitive to the disturbances. This study provides new insight into the alteration of soil microbiota by plant growth and oil contamination in agro‐ecosystems across a large spatial scale.

Abstract:The problem of environmental pollution caused by the development and use of petroleum is increasingly obvious, which is a serious threat to human health. The use of microbial degradation to treat oil pollution is one of the environmentally effective, economical and practical methods.In order to explore the soil microbial diversity in the desert area of Northwest China, this paper analyzes the soil bacterial diversity of soil samples collected from different oil-contaminated areas in Yumen Oilfield for the oil pollution problem in the Yumen Oilfield in the northwest desert area, and selects the high efficiency through pure culture technology. Petroleum degradation bacteria, and research on the biological characteristics of degrading bacteria. The composition, abundance and diversity of bacterial communities in oil-contaminated soil in Yumen Oilfield were analyzed. The culturable bacteria in western oil-contaminated desert soil were separated by coating plate method. The bacterial morphology and 16S rRNA gene system development analysis were studied. The structure and diversity of bacterial community could be cultured, and the oil utilization and degradation ability of the strain could be analyzed. The microbial diversity of Yumen oil-contaminated desert soil was analyzed by Illumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing. Through research, it is found that there are abundant bacterial groups in the oil-contaminated desert soil, and there are obvious diversity. The genetic material in the variable regions of the six soil samples detected a total of 3943 0TU at 97% similarity level, and obtained the soil microbial community. Doors, 48 classes, 78 orders, 179 families and 471 genera, including most common high-efficiency petroleum-degrading bacteria. Petroleum hydrocarbon pollution can change the microbial diversity and community structure of the original soil. The size of microbial diversity in the six soil samples is B2]A1]B1]A2]C1]C2, the diversity of B2 is the highest, the diversity of C2 is the lowest, and the microbial diversity differed greatly between groups, and there was no difference in the group. Among the dominant bacteria isolated from contaminated soil, 8 strains of oil have a degradation rate of more than 30%, including the species of the genus Rhodococcus and Pseudomonas. Soil desertification in western China has a great impact on the local ecological environment. Studying the microbial diversity of desert soils and separating high-efficiency petroleum-degrading strains is of great significance for strengthening the ecological restoration of oil-contaminated environment in desert areas.

Abstract:Objective Hydrocarbon microseepage is a natural phenomenon that hydrocarbon gases of subsurface petroleum accumulations migrate upward by reservoir pressure. The detection of the activity and distribution of these highly specialized populations can be used to forecast the existence of oil and gas deposits. However, the hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacterial population are usually not predominant in soil samples above the typical onshore oil and gas reservoirs. It is hard to assess the abundance of hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria. Methods In this study, changes of microbial abundance and functional genes were studied. Results Under gaseous hydrocarbon condition, changes of methane and butane oxidizing bacteria were different. Furthermore, changes of functional genes indicated that genome analysis was more proper for microbial anomalies detection. Conclusion The profiling data of this study provide a comprehensive insight into gene expression profiles and lay the foundation for optimizing the microbial prospecting technology.
