Abstract:Objective To observe the effect and safety of Celecoxib as an analgesic for patients after laparoscopic surgery.Methods 60 patients with laparosopic surgery were divided into two groups randomly,control group and experiment group.Celecoxib was used as postoperative analgesic in the experi- ment group.Two capsules(200 mg/each)were taken orally at 8～12 hours before surgery,and then 1 cap- sule was taken at 6 hours after operation when patients could eat food.Celecoxib was administered 1 capsule twice a day(morning and evening)in the first and the second day after surgery.VAS,adverse reaction, sleep satisfaction as well as vital signs were observed and recorded in all patients.Results Compared with the control group(VAS=2.67±1.68),the experiment group(VAS=0.47±1.06)showed significant difference(P0.05)in VAS after recovery,and showed no difference at 6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after oper- ation in the two groups.There were few adverse reaction,good sleep satisfaction,stable vital signs in the experiment group.Conclusion Celecoxib has a satisfactory effect and safety using in postoperative analgesia in patients after laparoscopic surgery.
