Abstract:In this paper we obtain, by our method of crossbreeding in certain set of $\zeta$-factorization formulas, the corresponding complete hybrid formulas. These are playing the role of criterion for selection of new families of $\zeta$-kindred real continuous functions.

Abstract:In this paper we use Jacob's ladders together with fundamental Hardy-Littlewood formula (1921) to prove the so-called $\zeta$-factorization formula on the critical line. Simultaneously, we obtain a set of control parameters of metamorphosis of a multiform connected with the Riemann-Siegel formula.

Abstract:In this paper we obtain a set of meta-functional equations as new species of formulas in classical mathematical analysis. Mentioned species are generated by crossbreeding complete hybrid formula as a mother formula. Namely, they are generated by an infinite set of crossbreedings on some subsidiary infinite set of meta-functional equations with one neutral factor.

Abstract:The notion of the Jacob's ladders, reversely iterated integrals and the $\zeta$-factorization is used in this paper in order to obtain new results in study of the function $\arg\zf$. Namely, we obtain new formulae for non-local and non-linear interaction of the functions $|\zf|$ and $\arg\zf$, and also a set of metamorphoses of the oscillating Q-system.

Abstract:In this paper we obtain a new-type formula - \emph{a mixed formula} - which connects the functions $|\zeta(1/2+it)|$ and $\arg\zeta(1/2+it)$. This formula cannot be obtained in the classical theory of A. Selberg, and, all the less, in the theories of Balasubramanian, Heath-Brown and Ivic.

Our results are expressed in statements proving essential influence of the Lindel\" of hypothesis on corresponding formulae. In this paper: the parts 1 -- 6 are English version of our paper \cite{6}, and the part 7 of this work contains current results, namely new set of metamorphosis of the main multiform from our paper \cite{7}.

Abstract:In this paper we give new consequences that follow from our formula for increments of the Hardy-Littlewood integral. Main of these consequences is an $\zeta$-equivalent of the Fermat-Wiles theorem. It is expressed purely by means of the Riemann's zeta-function on the critical line and by the Jacob's ladder.

Abstract:In this paper a set of 48 crossbreedings on certain cell of meta-functional equations preserving the cell is obtained. In opposite direction we presente an example of very complicated meta-functional equation not obtained in basic cell though it is generated by sequence of internal crossbreedings. Such a formula is called as \emph{cancerous growth} on the basic cell.

Abstract:In this paper we introduce complicated oscillating system, namely quotient of two multiforms based on Riemann-Siegel formula. We prove that there is an infinite set of metamorphoses of this system (=chrysalis) on critical line $\sigma=\frac 12$ into a butterfly (=infinite series of M\" obius functions in the region of absolute convergence $\sigma>1$).

Abstract:Abstract We provide answers to a question brought up by Erdős about the construction of Wetzel families in the absence of the continuum hypothesis: A Wetzel family is a family of entire functions on the complex plane which pointwise assumes fewer than values. To be more precise, we show that the existence of a Wetzel family is consistent with all possible values of the continuum and, if is regular, also with Martin's Axiom. In the particular case of this answers the main open question asked by Kumar and Shelah [Fund. Math. 239 (2017) no. 3, 279–288]. In the buildup to this result, we are also solving an open question of Zapletal on strongly almost disjoint functions from Zapletal [Israel J. Math. 97 (1997) no. 1, 101–111]. We also study a strongly related notion of sets exhibiting a universality property via mappings by entire functions and show that these consistently exist while the continuum equals .

Abstract:In this paper, we present a new family of cross $Z$-complementary pairs (CZCPs) based on generalized Boolean functions and two roots of unity. Our key idea is to consider an arbitrary partition of the set $\{1,2,\cdots, n\}$ with two subsets corresponding to two given roots of unity for which two truncated sequences of new alphabet size determined by the two roots of unity are obtained. We show that these two truncated sequences form a new $q$-ary CZCP with flexible sequence length and large zero-correlation zone width. Furthermore, we derive an enumeration formula by considering the Stirling number of the second kind for the partitions and show that the number of constructed CZCPs increases significantly compared to the existing works.

Abstract:We provide a framework for relating certain q-series defined by sums over partitions to multiple zeta values. In particular, we introduce a space of polynomial functions on partitions for which the associated q-series are q-analogues of multiple zeta values. By explicitly describing the (regularized) multiple zeta values one obtains as $q\to 1$, we extend previous results known in this area. Using this together with the fact that other families of functions on partitions, such as shifted symmetric functions, are elements in our space will then give relations among (q-analogues of) multiple zeta values. Conversely, we will show that relations among multiple zeta values can be `lifted' to the world of functions on partitions, which provides new examples of functions where the associated q-series are quasimodular.

Abstract:The oscillations of the function $Z^2(t),\ t\in [0,T]$ around the main part $\sigma(T)$ of its mean-value are studied in this paper. It is proved that an almost equality of the corresponding areas holds true. This result cannot be obtained by methods of Balasubramanian, Heath-Brown and Ivic.

Abstract:Let $f(z)$ be in $1+z\mathbb{Q}[[z]]$ and $\mathcal{S}$ be an infinite set of prime numbers such that, for all $p\in\mathcal{S}$, we can reduce $f(z)$ modulo $p$. We let $f(z)_{\mid p}$ denote the reduction of $f(z)$ modulo $p$. Generally, when $f(z)$ is D-finite, $f(z)_{\mid p}$ is algebraic over $\mathbb{F}_p(z)$. It turns out that if $f(z)$ is a solution of a polynomial of the form $X-A_p(z)X^{p^l}$, we can use this type of equations to obtain results of transcendence and algebraic independence over $\mathbb{Q}(z)$. In the present paper, we look for conditions on the differential operators annihilating $f(z)$ to guarantee the existence of these particular equations. Suppose that $f(z)$ is solution of a differential operator $\mathcal{H}\in\mathbb{Q}(z)[d/dz]$ having a strong Frobenius structure for all $p\in\mathcal{S}$ and we also suppose that $f(z)$ annihilates a Fuchsian differential operator $\mathcal{D}\in\mathbb{Q}(z)[d/dz]$ such that zero is a regular singular point of $\mathcal{D}$ and the exponents of $\mathcal{D}$ at zero are equal to zero. Our main result states that, for almost every prime $p\in\mathcal{S}$, $f(z)_{\mid p}$ is solution of a polynomial of the form $X-A_p(z)X^{p^l}$, where $A_p(z)$ is a rational function with coefficients in $\mathbb{F}_p$ of height less than or equal to $Cp^{2l}$ with $C$ a positive constant that does not depend on $p$. We also study the algebraic independence of these power series over $\mathbb{Q}(z)$.

Abstract:This work is a study of $p$-adic multiple zeta values at roots of unity ($p$MZV$\mu_{N}$'s), the $p$-adic periods of the crystalline pro-unipotent fundamental groupoid of $(\mathbb{P}^{1} - \{0,\mu_{N},\infty\})/ \mathbb{F}_{q}$. The main tool is new objects which we call $p$-adic pro-unipotent harmonic actions. In this part IV we define and study $p$-adic analogues of some elementary complex analytic functions which interpolate multiple zeta values at roots of unity such as the multiple zeta functions. The indices of $p$MZV$\mu_{N}$'s involve sequences of positive integers ; in this IV-1, by considering an operation which we call localization (inverting certain integration operators) in the pro-unipotent fundamental groupoid of $\mathbb{P}^{1} - \{0,\mu_{N},\infty\}$, and by using $p$-adic pro-unipotent harmonic actions, we extend the definition of $p$MZV$\mu_{N}$'s to indices for which these integers can be negative, and we study these generalized $p$MZV$\mu_{N}$'s.

Abstract:Let $X$ be a totally unimodular list of vectors in some lattice. Let $B_X$ be the box spline defined by $X$. Its support is the zonotope $Z(X)$. We show that any real-valued function defined on the set of lattice points in the interior of $Z(X)$ can be extended to a function on $Z(X)$ of the form $p(D)B_X$ in a unique way, where $p(D)$ is a differential operator that is contained in the so-called internal $\Pcal$-space. This was conjectured by Olga Holtz and Amos Ron. We also point out connections between this interpolation problem and matroid theory, including a deletion-contraction decomposition.
