Abstract:(Abstracted from Anesthesiology, 123:307–319, 2015) The purpose of this study was to determine intraoperative thresholds of systolic blood pressure (BP), mean arterial BP (MAP), and diastolic BP associated with increased risk of 30-day mortality. Intraoperative BP data from 6 Veterans Affairs (VA) medical centers, with 30-day mortality rates, were combined in this retrospective cohort study.
