Abstract:Hierarchical model is one of the three models in the DBMS. This paper describes how to make use of relation model database to express the hierarchical model and two special algorithms for inserting and modifying in database are also presented. The algorithms have many advantages, such as, simple, feasible, effective, which are been used in the information system designed by Delphi 3.0.
