Abstract:In this paper, we study linear differential equations arising from $\lambda$- Changhee polynomials (or called degenerate Changhee polynomials) and give some explicit and new identities for the $\lambda$-Changhee polynomials associated with linear differential equations.

This focus stems from their nascent importance for applications in combinatorics, number theory and in other aspects of applied mathematics. Abstract:We broaden the domain of the Fourier transform to contain all distributions without using the Paley-Wiener theorem and devise a new weak formulation built upon this extension. This formulation is applicable to evolution equations involving pseudo-differential operators, even when the signs of their symbols may vary over time. Notably, our main operator includes the logarithmic Laplacian operator $\log (-\Delta)$ and a second-order differential operator whose leading coefficients are not positive semi-definite.

Abstract:The aim of this paper is to study degenerate Eulerian polynomials and degenerate Eulerian numbers, respectively as degenerate versions of the Eulerian polynomials and the Eulerian numbers, and to derive some of their properties. Specifically, we derive an identity, recursive relations, generating function and degenerate version of Worpitzky's identity for the degenerate Eulerian polynomials and numbers. In addition, we obtain several results involving the degenerate Stirling numbers of the second kind and the degenerate Bernoulli numbers as well as the degenerate Eulerian numbers.

Abstract:The harmonic numbers and higher-order harmonic numbers appear frequently in several areas which are related to combinatorial identities, many expressions involving special functions in analytic number theory, and analysis of algorithms. The aim of this paper is to study the degenerate harmonic and degenerate higher-order harmonic numbers, which are respectively degenerate versions of the harmonic and higher-order harmonic numbers, in connection with the degenerate zeta and degenerate Hurwitz zeta function. Here the degenerate zeta and degenerate Hurwitz zeta function are respectively degenerate versions of the Riemann zeta and Hurwitz zeta function. We show that several infinite sums involving the degenerate higher-order harmonic numbers can be expressed in terms of the degenerate zeta function. Furthermore, we demonstrate that an infinite sum involving finite sums of products of the degenerate harmonic numbers can be represented by using the degenerate Hurwitz zeta function.
