While technological advancement can certainly bring efficiency and convenience, the lack of ethical constraints may lead to privacy leakage, unfair decision-making and moral hazard. Therefore, it has become particularly important to establish a sound AI ethical framework to regulate the application of the technology, protect individual privacy, and ensure fairness and transparency. The establishment of an AI ethical framework is not only to regulate the application of the technology, but also to protect social justice and core human values.
