Abstract:In this paper we consider an approach, which allows researching a processes of order-disorder transition in various systems (with any distribution of the exchange integrals signs) in the frame of Ising model. A new order parameters, which can give a description of a phase transitions, are found. The common definition of these order parameters is the mean value of percolation cluster size. Percolation cluster includes spins with given energy. The transition from absolute disorder to correlated phase could be studied with using of percolation theory methods.

What problem does this paper attempt to address?
The problem that this paper attempts to solve is to study the order - disorder phase - transition processes in different systems (with exchange integral signs of arbitrary distributions) within the framework of the Ising model. Specifically, the author proposes a new method to define the order parameters that describe phase transitions. These order parameters are defined as the average values of percolation cluster sizes, where the percolation clusters contain spins with a given energy. Through this method, the transition process from absolute disorder to the correlated phase can be studied, especially in ferromagnetic, antiferromagnetic, and spin - glass models. The key points of the paper include: 1. **Redefinition of order parameters**: Traditional order parameters such as the average magnetization cannot effectively describe phase transitions in some complex systems. Therefore, the author introduces a new order parameter \(\gamma_1(T)\) based on percolation theory, which is defined as the average value of percolation cluster sizes. 2. **Numerical simulation method**: The Monte Carlo method is used to conduct numerical simulations of the Ising model on a simple square lattice, and three models are studied: ferromagnetic interaction, antiferromagnetic interaction, and randomly distributed exchange integrals (spin - glass model). 3. **Critical behavior of phase transitions**: Through numerical simulations, the temperature - dependent relationships of the new order parameter \(\gamma_1(T)\) and the average magnetization \(\langle M \rangle\) are studied, and it is found that their behaviors are consistent at the critical temperature \(T_c\). 4. **Phase transitions in spin - glass systems**: For spin - glass systems, the transition process from the paramagnetic phase to the spin - glass phase is described by the function \(\gamma_2(T)\), and it is found that \(\gamma_2(T)\) has a sudden change in the phase - transition region and is not equal to 1 even at absolute zero, which reflects the characteristics of the spin - glass state. In summary, the main objective of this paper is to gain a deep understanding of the phase - transition behaviors in different types of magnetic systems, especially those complex systems that cannot be effectively described by traditional order parameters, through the introduction of new order parameters and numerical simulation methods.
