Abstract:The current status of the Indian tea industry is causing a setback in the volume of tea production due to the limitations of aged tea trees, tea cultivation areas, and lack of skilled labor. This has led to a rise in production costs, weakening its competitiveness in the international market compared to its rival Kenya. Under these circumstances, diverse research and practice will be required to better analyze the already organised system for the development of the tea industry. If we look at the Indian government s active support policy. First, it is necessary to develop the tea cultivation technique according to the characteristics of the tea plantation, and to train the mechanization of production and the skilled skill. Second, we will increase the amount of CTC consumed the most in the world, and diversify high quality products in bulk exports. Third, we need to strengthen marketing of domestic and overseas markets and actively promote new. Fourth, the government should encourage the research institutes for the development of the tea industry and support the welfare of the human resources and education to support the tea industry. Fifth, by registering the logo of the quality assurance mark of the car permitted by the tea promotion agency as a geographical indication, the quality and trust of the tea should be increased. It is necessary to analyze and analyze the result of this continuous tea industry policy in India. An analysis of the results of India s continuous policies on tea industry is needed. In particular, India is an environmentally friendly and clean tea producer. Research should continue to be done to establish itself as a qualitative organic tea ahead of quantitative growth as a special vehicle for the mental, physical and social health of mankind. It is necessary to continue research to develop good quality tea with the development of Korean tea industry by referring to the developing model of Indian tea industry. We expect that our tea industry will be reborn as a diversified and active tea industry.
