Abstract:В работе рассматривается феномен детско-родительских отношений как фактор адаптации младшего школьника к учебной деятельности. Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что в условиях трансформации системы образования, поиска новых форм обучения, способность детей к самостоятельной познавательной деятельности, умение быстро перестраиваться и адаптироваться к новым условиям и задачам учебной деятельности является залогом ее эффективности. Родительское отношение рассматривается как условие, в которых развиваются соответствующие адаптивные свойства личности ребенка, формируется система навыков и умений, разворачиваются адаптивные модели социального поведения. Показана теоретически и раскрыта эмпирически взаимосвязь характеристик родительского отношения с показателями школьной адаптированности и учебной эффективностью младших школьников. Установлено, что значимыми характеристиками родительского отношения, определяющими эффективную адаптацию к учебной деятельности, становятся безусловное принятие, любовь и поддержка со стороны обоих родителей, активное участие родителей в школьной жизни ребенка, адекватный и последовательный контроль за учебной деятельностью, конструктивное взаимодействие родителей с педагогами. Комплекс данных характеристик создает у ребенка ощущение присутствия родителя в его школьной жизни и формирует чувство уверенности и защищенности. Такие дети лучше адаптированы к школе, испытывают меньший уровень тревожности, увереннее чувствуют себя в пространстве социальных отношений школьного коллектива. Исследование также показало, что чрезмерная гонка родителей за учебными показателями создает такие условия дезадаптации школьников, как выраженный социальный стресс, страх несоответствия ожиданиям, нервное напряжение и усталость. Наиболее комфортно чувствуют себя дети, которым при наличии поддерживающего внимания и адекватного контроля со стороны родителей предоставлена возможность осваивать школьную программу в своем темпе и на своем уровне возможностей. The paper considers the phenomenon of child-parent relations as a factor of adaptation of a junior schoolchild to learning activities. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that in the conditions of transformation of the education system, the search for new forms of education, the ability of children to independent cognitive activity, the ability to quickly reorganise and adapt to new conditions and tasks of learning activity is the key to its effectiveness. Parental attitude is considered as a condition in which the corresponding adaptive properties of the child's personality are developed, a system of skills and abilities is formed, adaptive models of social behaviour are unfolded. The relationship between the characteristics of parental attitude and indicators of school adaptability and learning efficiency of junior schoolchildren is shown theoretically and revealed empirically. It has been established that the significant characteristics of parental attitude determining effective adaptation to learning activities are unconditional acceptance, love and support from both parents, active participation of parents in the child's school life, adequate and consistent control over learning activities, constructive interaction between parents and teachers. The complex of these characteristics creates a sense of parental presence in the child's school life and creates a sense of confidence and security. Such children are better adapted to school, experience a lower level of anxiety, and feel more confident in the social relations of the school community. The study also showed that excessive parents' pursuit of academic performance creates such conditions of schoolchildren's maladaptation as pronounced social stress, fear of failure to meet expectations, nervous tension and fatigue. Children who, with supportive attention and adequate parental supervision, are given the opportunity to master the school programme at their own pace and at their own level of ability feel most comfortable.
