Abstract:Описаны общие проблемы цифровизации профессионального образования, проявляющиеся в отставании развития образования (содержание, формы и методы обучения, техническое оснащение) по сравнению с темпами развития цифровых технологий: дисбаланс между содержанием образовательной программы и требованиями рынка труда; консервативные методы и формы подготовки будущих специалистов и повышения квалификации педагогических кадров; устаревшая материально-техническая база учебных заведений профессионального образования; низкий уровень цифровой компетентности большинства руководителей и педагогических учебных заведений; плохая коммуникация бизнеса, ИТ-компаний и учебных заведений. Определены перспективы цифровизации профессионального образования в контексте построения цифрового общества и развития цифровой экономики: укрепление государственно-частного партнерства; организация дистанционного и смешанного обучения (смешанного обучения); внедрение инклюзивного образования; внедрение дуальной формы обучения; компетентности подход в образовательном процессе; создание научно-образовательных онлайн-площадок; построение индивидуальных траекторий обучения в образовательных учреждениях для трудоустройства на «цифровых рабочих местах»; внедрение новых форм и методов повышения цифровой компетентности педагогов (цифровые мастер-классы, баркемпы, виртуальные лаборатории). Построена модель мониторинга уровня цифровой трансформации образования. The general problems of digitalization of vocational education, which are manifested in the lag in the development of education (content, forms and methods of training, technical equipment) in comparison with the pace of development of digital technologies, are described: an imbalance between the content of the educational program and the requirements of the labor market; conservative methods and forms of training future specialists and advanced training of teaching staff; outdated material and technical base of vocational education institutions; low level of digital competence of most managers and teacher training institutions; poor communication of business, IT companies and educational institutions. The prospects for the digitalization of vocational education in the context of building a digital society and developing a digital economy are determined: strengthening public-private partnerships; organization of distance and blended learning (blended learning); introduction of inclusive education; introduction of a dual form of education; competence approach in the educational process; creation of scientific and educational online platforms; building individual learning paths in educational institutions for employment in "digital jobs"; introduction of new forms and methods of increasing the digital competence of teachers (digital master classes, barcamps, virtual laboratories). A model for monitoring the level of digital transformation of education has been built.
