Abstract:Исследование процессов регионального развития имеет большую теоретико-методологическую и практическую значимость, что обусловлено разнообразием подходов к анализу этих процессов, усилением единого экономического пространства регионов, стимулированием процессов новой регионализации, а также ростом значимости человеческого потенциала при решении задач региональной экономической политики. В связи с этим становится актуальным подробное рассмотрение теоретического базиса регионального развития, являющегося основой для выявления особенностей, тенденций, взаимосвязей и закономерностей социально-экономического развития и обеспечения экологической устойчивости роста российских регионов. Забота органов управления об экологических проблемах включает в себя различные организационные экологические практики, и в этом смысле научные исследования предоставляют возможность дополнительной проверки и эмпирической поддержки этого понятия. Достижение стратегических целей регионов, ориентированных на обеспечение устойчивого развития, невозможно без трансформации существующих подходов к управлению социально-экономическим развитием территорий и создания условий для согласованного поведения бизнес-сообщества, органов власти и населения. Это существенно влияет на структуру социо-эколого-экономических отношений между населением, бизнес-сообществом и органами власти, на особенности их поведения и готовность к компромиссам. The study of the processes of regional development has great theoretical, methodological and practical significance, due to the variety of approaches to the analysis of these processes, the strengthening of the common economic space of the regions, the stimulation of the processes of new regionalization, as well as the growing importance of human potential in solving the problems of regional economic policy. In this regard, it becomes relevant to consider in detail the theoretical basis of regional development, which is the basis for identifying the features, trends, relationships and patterns of socio-economic development and ensuring environmental sustainability of the growth of Russian regions. The concern of management bodies about environmental problems includes various organizational environmental practices, and in this sense, scientific research provides an opportunity for additional verification and empirical support of this concept. Achieving the strategic goals of regions focused on ensuring sustainable development is impossible without transforming existing approaches to managing the socio-economic development of territories and creating conditions for the coordinated behavior of the business community, authorities and the population. This significantly affects the structure of socio-ecological and economic relations between the population, the business community and the authorities, the peculiarities of their behavior and willingness to compromise.
