Abstract:В статье обосновано, что акцент на мотивации при управлении персоналом проектно-строительной организации должен быть систематическим. С этой целью необходимо формирование системы мотивации, которая строится на основе отдельных составляющих и их взаимосвязей. В результате исследования были выделены основные характеристики строительной и проектной деятельности. Сделан вывод, что система мотивации у каждой компании должна быть адаптирована к масштабу и виду деятельности, к степени восприимчивости руководства к новшествам в сфере мотивационных инструментов. Уточнено, что современная система мотивации персонала должна отвечать следующим требованиям: быть комплексной, предполагать многоуровневость применения мотивации, быть четкой и структурной, но в то же время гибкой и адаптированной, учитывать дифференцированность методов и способов мотивации, новые подходы к стимулированию, стратегически ориентированной. Авторами разработаны три этапа формирования системы мотивации персонала проектно-строительной организации: исследование мотивационного профиля персонала компании, разработка системы мотивации персонала компании, внедрение элементов инновационной системы мотивации. Проведен анализ документами для исследования существующего состояния и системы мотивации для проектно-строительной организации, методических инструментов диагностики системы мотивации, выделены содержательные характеристики «Положения о мотивации персонала». Предложена и апробирована форма для исследования документации проектно-строительной организации на этапе диагностики системы мотивации. The article justifies that the emphasis on motivation in the management of personnel of the design and construction organization should be systematic. To this end, it is necessary to form a motivation system, which is built on the basis of individual components and their relationships. As a result of the study, the main characteristics of construction and design activities were highlighted. It was concluded that the motivation system of each company should be adapted to the scale and type of activity, to the degree of sensitivity of management to innovations in the field of motivational tools. It has been clarified that the modern system of motivation of personnel must meet the following requirements: to be comprehensive, assume the multilevel application of motivation, be clear and structural, but at the same time flexible and adapted, take into account the differentiation of methods and methods of motivation, new approaches to stimulation, strategically oriented. The authors developed three stages of the development of a system of motivation for the personnel of the design and construction organization: a study of the motivation profile of the company's personnel, the development of a system of motivation for the company's personnel, the introduction of elements of an innovative motivation system. An analysis was carried out with documents to study the existing state and motivation system for the design and construction organization, methodological tools for diagnosing the motivation system, and meaningful characteristics of the "Personnel Motivation Regulations" were highlighted. A form for the study of the documentation of the design and construction organization at the stage of diagnostics of the motivation system has been proposed and tested.
