Abstract:The energy internet is the fulcrum of the new energy revolution,which will vigorously promote the high-quality and sustainable development of China’s energy industry.In order to comprehensively analyze the development of energy internet of China from the national level,the development background of energy internet was firstly reviewed,and then the connotation and extension was analyzed.On this basis,the index system of energy internet development was constructed from six aspects:policy,industry,technology,innovation,construction and public ecology.By means of literature search and analysis,official website crawler and authoritative document search,the basic status of energy internet development in China was analyzed.It was pointed out that under the multi-sectoral and multi-level policy guarantee,energy internet of China has shown a good development trend as a whole,with the healthy and prosperous development of industry,construction,technology and innovation.

Abstract:Energy demand in China has risen rapidly and reached an unprecedented level due to the high-speed economic growth and modern development. As a result, the Chinese government faces a growing pressure to address the energy shortage and environmental deterioration, mainly resulting from an over-dependence on fossil energy. China has become both the largest energy consumer and CO2 emitting country in the world in 2015. Utilization of potential for renewable energy is necessary for changing inappropriate energy consumption structure, protecting environment and achieving sustainable economic and social development. In view of such mentioned situation, this paper firstly introduces the energy structure as well as the development status of renewable energy in China, which includes hydropower, wind power, solar power, biomass power and other renewable energy. Besides, based on the current situation in China, the paper makes a preliminary prediction of the development of renewable energy in the country for the future decades, and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions.

Abstract:China is attempting to initiate its own carbon market-an important market-based policy instrument which would determine the fate of global climate policy as the largest emitter of carbon dioxide across the world. This article looks at carbon trading development so far and examines the key challenges ahead in China. These past experiences-whatever from international CDM practice, or SO2 emission trading and a domestic voluntary carbon market-have paved the solid way to build the existing ETS pilots similar to European Union Emissions Trading System (EU ETS). The investigation into China's ETS pilots discovered some important and urgent issues such as the capsetting and deepening energy market reform.

Abstract:Energy Internet has caught an attention of the global academic community, and it is being implemented actively. This paper describes the basic features and the key structure of Energy Internet, proposes a hierarchical model, and presents key technologies, such as distributed energy storage technology, energy router technology, big data technology and blockchain, etc. It also summarizes the evolving status of Energy Internet in the US, Germany, Japan, and China. Based on the analysis, the viable implementing measurements are suggested for accelerating the realization of Energy Internet, i.e. designing a comprehensive plan for the Energy Internet based on the prevailing conditions and facts of each country, formulating related standards and policies for Energy Internet, encouraging the development of related enterprises and demonstration projects, and promoting new technologies for Energy Internet.

Abstract:With the great development of network technologies,such as data processing and analysis,the field of energy has seen an improvement in a higher level in recent years,thereupon the concept of Energy Intemet.At present,there are a variety of researches in the concept,mechanism,construction and connotation of the internet of energy.However,how to realize the transition from the traditional power system to the Energy Internet is still a tough issue for researchers.Few researches on how to solve the current energy industry problems through the construction of Energy Internet have been studied.Therefore,motivated by the reality,this paper introduces the framework of regional Energy Internet in the provincial level first.Then the current situation of energy development in Zhejiang Province is described.Moreover,several key issues existing in Zhejiang province are summarized,including the demand peaking shaving,reliability and market-mechanism.Furthermore,in light of the above analysis,this paper puts forward the direction,key points and the corresponding key technologies in the development of regional Energy Internet in Zhejiang Province.The proposed framework is a reference for the construction of regional Energy Internet.
Some key issues in building a "source network load storage" complementary energy internet in China

Abstract:The key to "dual carbon" lies in low-carbon energy systems. The energy internet can coordinate upstream and downstream "source network load storage" to break energy system barriers and promote carbon reduction in energy production and consumption processes. This article first introduces the basic concepts and key technologies of the energy internet from the current situation of energy supply and demand in China. Second, this paper proposes to create an energy internet with coordinated and complementary "source network load storage" and to construct a new type of power system with six new characteristics in this context. Finally, combined with an example of the energy internet demonstration project, this paper analyses and summarizes the value creation and business type innovation of the energy internet from three aspects: power market mechanisms, comprehensive energy services, and low-carbon energy diversification, and it looks ahead to the future direction of energy internet construction.

Abstract:In the past decade, China’s new energy has experienced a prosperous development and has become an important main power supply in China. With the promotion of China’s power market–oriented reform, the market-oriented transaction mechanism will play an essential role for China to achieve a large-scale and efficient national allocation of new energy. This study systematically analyzes and designs the principle of China’s new energy cross-provincial marketization mechanism, including those for a compound system such as an interprovincial medium and long-term transaction and spot transaction. The proposed mechanism is validated by its implemental results on a prototype power system with new energy.

Abstract:Based on panel data for 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2020, this paper uses entropy method to construct the integrated development indicators of energy Internet, and explores the impact of the development of the energy Internet on reducing carbon emissions in China and its internal transmission mechanism. The research results show that the development of energy Internet can significantly reduce regional carbon dioxide emissions, and increasing the use of renewable energy is an important mechanism for the comprehensive development of energy Internet to curb carbon emissions. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the emission reduction effect brought by the development of energy Internet is more remarkable in the regions with lower carbon emissions and western China. Furthermore, this paper finds that in the setting of the development of energy Internet, the development of renewable energy can promote natural gas consumption and advance energy conversion efficiency. The government's emphasis on regional technology development has an external strengthening effect on carbon emission reduction. The research in this paper expands and diversifies carbon reduction pathways and provides reference for more developing countries to utilize the development of energy internet to achieve carbon reduction.

Abstract:To achieve carbon neutrality, a country must first phase out fossil fuels and increase the percentage of renewable energy in its energy systems, including electric power, heating, and transportation systems. Wind and solar power will be the primary energy sources of the future. To solve the volatility of wind and solar power, grids which integrate a high proportion of renewable energy sources must provide sufficient flexibility to ensure energy security. The Energy Internet is a new energy utilization system which offers greater flexibility and increases the share of energy generated from renewable sources. The development of the Energy Internet has significant implications for carbon neutrality and energy transition. By using it wisely, the entire society, including construction, mining, manufacturing and transportation sectors, will be able to replace fossil fuels with renewable sources. China has rolled out policies to support the development the Energy Internet, and launched a wide range of Energy Internet pilot projects.

Abstract:With the proposal of carbon peak and neutrality goals in China, new technologies such as multi-energy synergy technology, cyber physical systems, and multi-market integration technology have ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Energy Internet (EI) technology considering interactive energy has come into being. Interactive energy is a mechanism to achieve system balance by integrating economic means and power grid control technology, using "value" as a coordination method. It can promote the development and utilization of distributed renewable energy in the energy internet technology, so as to promote the clean, low-carbon, and intelligent development of energy. Blockchain can provide effective support for the development and application of EI because of its decentralized, open, autonomous, and information-immutable characteristics. In order to better cope with the challenges existing in EI, this article designs an analysis framework for EI from the blockchain perspective, which contains five dimensions, including engineering dimension, technical dimension, economic dimension, environmental dimension, and social dimension. It further refines the five dimensions aiming to comprehensively summarize the research status of the EI, which can promote its application in the development of all industries in society.

Abstract:Energy internet, the results of integration of the energy system and the internet, is the focus and innovation cutting edge of the contemporary international academic and industrial area. It will have disruptive effects on the traditional energy system and the energy industry. The driving force for the raise and development of energy internet is analyzed from environmental, economic, social, technical and policy aspects. This paper surveys the domestic and international development of energy internet, and reviews a variety of energy internet concepts. These concepts emphasize global electric energy interconnection, or multi-energy coupling or energy information integration respectively, and have a gap from the ideal energy internet. This paper regards energy internet as the results of integration of the energy system and the internet, inclusive existing concepts but with more profound contents. The key idea of energy internet is openness and the key feature is the deep integration of the internet ideas and technologies. The basic architecture includes“internet-like energy system” and“internet+”. Several basic science problems of energy internet in the system level are proposed. The development of energy internet will effectively promote the energy market, efficiency and greenization, and make the large traditional energy industry a fertile ground for people’s innovation and entrepreneurship.

Abstract:The Energy Internet, featuring in-depth integration of renewable energy and internet information technology, is the future orientation of the energy industry. This paper breaks through the former studies on energy efficiency which only concentrate on one form or one section of energy. Based on the second law of thermodynamics, it analyzes and proposes five kinds of energy efficiency evaluation indexes from the energy sections of production, transmission, consumption, storage and conversion. It provides guidance to top-level design, project acceptance and optimization of Energy Internet.

Abstract:Carbon emission transaction is an important form of carbon pricing. The construction of carbon transaction market is an important means to solve the climate problem and achieve the goal of carbon neutralization. By combing the development process of China’s carbon transaction market, this paper combs the key elements involved in the carbon transaction market one by one. By analyzing the changes of China’s power structure under the carbon t transaction market, this paper gives an example that the carbon transaction market forces the low-carbon transformation of the power industry, and gives the strategic analysis and development suggestions for the electric power industry to participate in carbon transaction combined with the Carbon neutralization target.

Abstract:This paper analyses the rising trend of the energy intensity of GDP in the last three years,and more impacts on the world carbon emissions mitigation of the growth of energy consumption and corresponding CO_2 emissions in China,indicates that,in the long term,the leapfrogging growth due to the dramatic increase of proportion of current industries,especially heavy and chemical industries,in the national economy will calm along with the stabilization of industrial structure,and afresh continuously decrease along with the optimization of industry structure,upgrade of industry technology and proportional increase of high value-added products.Compared with that of developed countries,the modernization pathway of more energy reservation and more CO_2 emissions mitigation can be taken in China.Meanwhile,due to the populous population,the great size and rapidness of peaceful growth up,and lagging behind developed countries for half a century,the growth of energy consumption and CO_2 emissions necessary for the modernization in China will heavily influence the global carbon emissions.Hence,China will face very disadvantageous exterior surroundings in the future economic development.

Abstract:The world is striving for a diversified, clean, efficient and market-oriented chain for power supply and consumption. In China, the development of clean energy, the reform of power market and the progress of Energy Internet technology make the energy and power industry in an unprecedented period of transformation. Considering that the development of power grids is a realistic problem-oriented theme, the development problems of power supply, grid and demand side in the electricity spot market is analyzed. On this basis, the development goals of the future power grid and the research direction are summarized respectively, with the future power grid development roadmap constructed. This work aims to clarify the relationship of each link of power grid development, and further promote the transformation and development of power grids to Energy Internet.

Abstract:This report presents an analysis of China’s transition to a low-carbon energy system, which requires multi-disciplinary approaches. As a world’s energy consumption driver, China will continue to play a significant role in the global energy transition in next few decades and its future choices in the energy sector will have a great impact on global energy demand and supply pattern. On the other hand, China’s unique political environment, complex geographic diversity, and ongoing US-China trade conflict have compounded the uncertainties associated with energy transition. To look into the future roles of different energy technologies, the report mainly covers the spectrum of coal, hydro, nuclear, solar and wind, unconventional oil and gas, as well as electric vehicles.
