Abstract:Under the rapid development of globalization and knowledge economy,various organizations are urgently needed to adapt to the dynamic environment and new development through change,learning and innovation. In this study,we used the multi-case experimental learning technique to test the key characteristics of organizational change and relevant human resource and change strategies,especially the crucial effects of organizational learning. With the content analysis of 110 organizational change scenarios,four key characteristics were verified: risky innovation,dynamic integration,network interaction and cultural diversity. Training development,recruitment placement and performance compensation were effective human resource management strategies for organizational change process. The results of statistical analysis showed that multiple factors affected organizational performance while organizational learning played an intervening effect. Among dimensions of organizational learning,experimental learning was most significant on performance. This study also showed that organizational learning enhanced the change effectiveness by facilitating two change strategies: cultural learning strategy and team coordination strategy.

Abstract:An investigation of learning strategy was carried out in a key high school and an ordinary high school.2658 students participated in this study.The results showed that the structure of learning strategies of high school students could be represented as a three-level model.On the top of the model were 2 strategies groups,labeled primary strategies and support strategies.At the middle level of the model were 5 strategies sub-groups,labeled respectively learning attitude adjusting,learning behavior managing,learning method using,learning environment adapting and after-class activities regulating.And at the lowest were 19 strategy sub-groups,labeled good mental state keeping,active and reasonable learning behavior planning,pre-learning, post-learning,etc.The students,either from key high schools or with higher academic achievements or in senior grades,had advantages in using primary strategies,especially in the use of learning attitude adjusting and learning method using strategies.In terms of gender difference,the males had advantages in making good humanistic learning atmosphere and learning behavior managing strategies,while the females had advantages in learning method using.

Abstract:We introduce our experiment of research-oriented teaching mainly in Nanjing University and Tsinghua University, China. The great population and enrollment in China makes it worth to concern. It lasts 20 years and involves thousands of students and hundreds of instructors, consultant experts. We tried many characteristic styles such as integrated teaching and case analysis, open resources, interactive mode, course paper program, elite solutions and so on. The research on the contents is also placed on the agenda. Many students joined research works that lead to PRL, APL, Nature, Science, and Cell papers. To impart colleagues the essence we offered some examples in every session. We declare the accomplishment of the experiment through this paper and new project is programming.

Abstract:The SRTP has undertaken 9 issues in Zhejiang University and got broad good appreciation both from teachers and students until now.It has proved to have important effect in developing independent innovation,scientific research quality,research method and practical capability.But there are some problems in the implementing process which hampers the program further to improve.Such problems caused by factors concerning of traditional education mode,tutorship,laboratory management,etc.are analyzed and discussed,and related advices are given to improve the efficiency of the program in implemental process at the same time.

Abstract:The innovation of experimental teaching in senior high school physics is to ensure that experimental activities in classrooms are more in line with the teaching concept of the discipline and to assist students to understand physics in the form of experiments so as to improve students’ understanding and the learning efficiency of classrooms. In the teaching of high school physics, there are still several disadvantages and problems in experimental teaching. Teachers need to reflect and summarize previous experimental teaching practices in the teaching design stage as well as look for a more targeted breakthrough point for curriculum innovation from the problems encountered in order to formulate reasonable innovation strategies and ensure a smooth process for the improvement of the effectiveness of experimental teaching.

Abstract:The English Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools (2017 edition, revised in 2020) emphasizes the concept of English learning activities oriented by key competences, and makes it clear that the design of English teaching in senior high schools should include transfer and innovation activities. However, in the actual reading teaching, teachers tend to lay particular stress on learning and understanding activities, application and practice activities, and pay little attention to transfer and innovation activities.
