The cover shows a 3D image of mouse MC38 tumor vasculature grown in an abdominal window chamber model in transgenic mice with tdTomato-labelled endothelium. The image was acquired three days after tumor irradiation with a single dose of 15 Gy. The overwhelming majority of endothelial cells are fluorescently labeled (cyan), so that functional perfused vessels and sprouts, blind ends and other non-perfused vessels can be imaged.
