Abstract:Tlatov (2007) pointed out that the solar rotation had a qusi-22 years cycle which was caused by the self gravitation in the solar system. According to the established planetary synodic index KP (Given KP= K, and this is consistent with the expression formats of other parameters) and correction coefficient (Liu and Wang, 2013) , we found that the solar orbital movement had an average period of 22. 1826 years, and we argued that the periodic superposition of the angular momentums for both orbital movement and solar rotation resulted in a qusi-22 years cycle for the angular speed variation of solar rotation. Through the planetary synodic index Kp, we characterized the variation of the mass center of the Sun (S) with respective to the unobserved mass center of the solar system (C) .In addition, we described completely the characterization of the solar orbital movement using three parameters, orbital movement index (Ks) , velocity index (Kv) and accelerated speed index (Ka) . As a result, this study provided a possibility to investigate the solar movement and activity from the view of solar system, and was helpful to improve the understanding the effects of the solar orbital movement on the qusi-11 and qusi-22 years cycle of the solar rotation. This is a breakthrough in exploring and thinking method. The track of the solar orbital movement given by the expression of Kpwas comparable to the images reported before (Jose, 1965;Yang et al., 1988;Scafetta, 2014; Mc Cracken et al., 2014) ; their shapes are the same and their phase positions are consistent. One of the significant functions for the planetary synodic index is able to determine the variation of the mass center of the solar system relative to the position of the Sun. This study began with the mass center of the solar system and tried to reveal the solar orbital movement law according to the fundamental principle of synchronized motion for the mass center of the planetary system (P) and the mass center of the Sun around the mass center of solar system (C) . During the analysis, the public astronomical data of the 8 planets can be used. This method could not only unify the complex planetary system to show the inherent, entire motion law for the planetary system but alsoconstruct a mass center of the planetary system in the whole solar system which is located the same level with the Sun as a subsystem. On the basis of those, through the location variation of the mass center of the planetary system (P) relative to the Sun (S) , we systematically analyzed the conjunction and separation characterizations for P and S. More importantly, we found the inherent relations between the mass center of the planetary system and the solar orbital movement, and this suggests that it is possible to investigate the solar movement and activity through charactering the movement of the mass center of the planetary system.
