Abstract:The stress is the main issue that affects individuals’ life from each dimension like their social and professional lives. The occupational stress is the employee anxieties and worries about his/her work which is basically result of various dynamic issues like working environment, working load and poor relationships with colleagues and immediate supervisor/leadership. In this connection, leadership is vital concept whose main role is to inspire their followers/ employees towards the attainment of certain well-defines objectives. For this purpose, the leaders use the different styles to motivate their employees by considering their needs and resolving their worries at workplaces in which the leadership styles (transformational and transactional) is most comprehensive package for employees’ motivation and performance leading to stressless situation at workplace. Therefore, to examine the relationships among the leadership styles, occupational stress and emotional intelligence, the data was collected through questionnaire from the teachers hailing from higher education institutions of KP, Pakistan and analyzed through different tools of the statistics to obtain answers to research questions. The researcher will offer recommendations to policy makers of higher education institutions about the research variables.
The Relationship between Personality Traits,Social Support,and Self-consistency/Congruence of University Students

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between personality traits,social support,and self-consistency /congruence of university students.Methods:500 university students were investigated using EPQ—RSC,SSRS and SCCS.Results:Pearson's correlation analysis showed that,psychoticism and neurotic were significantly negatively correlated with self-harmony.However,there was significant positive correlation between extraversion and self-harmony.Social support was also significantly positively correlated with self-harmony.Hierarchical regression analysis showed that,social support entirely mediated the effect of psychoticism on self-harmony,partially mediated the effect of extraversion,neurotic on self-harmony.Through establishing structural equation model found,social support was a mediator factor between personality traits and self-harmony.Conclusion:Personality traits affected self-harmony through Social support.

Abstract:Objective: To study the interpersonal interaction of junior high school students and its relationship with self-consciousness. Methods: 265 junior high school students were given the measurement of interpersonal relationship, and administered the questionnaire of Piers-Harris children self-consciousness one week later. Results: ①The interpersonal relationship of junior high school students was interactive. ②There were statistically significant differences among some dimensions of self-consciousness of junior high school students of different grades and genders. ③Intellgence and school performance had important effect on personal acceptance of junior high school students. Conclusion: There is interpersonal interaction among junior high school students, and intelligence and school performance influence the personal acceptance significantly.

Abstract:Ways of solving interpersonal conflicts within the framework of the theory of psychological relations were analyzed in the article. The level of tensions in the relationships of the couples who participated in the experiment was determined by the subjects' own assessments. The test subjects had the opportunity to determine the results independently after the psychotherapeutic effects carried out in a period of 2 months. The nature of interpersonal conflicts was grouped according to the degree of visibility, duration, content of interaction in the course of the research. It became known that the degree of resolution of bilateral tensions is related to the length of the "hidden period" in the process of conflicts. It was found that conflicts, which flare up quickly and escalate quickly which are recognized by the respondents as highly controversial whom are easily amenable to psychotherapy. On the other hand, it was concluded that the conflicts, which do not have the appearance of an open conflict are assessed as not having too high a degree of escalation, require intensive intervention. Research It was conducted by M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz Regional University. The intermediate results of the experiments were reported and discussed at the seminar of Zhambyl region psychologists on the theme «The role of psychological activity in the development of the Mediation Institute».

Abstract:Aim: We conducted the present study to compare Object relations, personality organization, personal meaning of life, and Relational meaning in life among Islamic Azad University, Lahijans branch's students. Method: The research design was post-event (causal-comparative). The sample included 200 (100 psychology students and 100 students from other majors) selected based on convenience sampling criteria for this study. We used The Bell Object Relations and Reality Testing Inventory (BORRTI), Kernberg's Inventory of Personality Organization (IPO), Steger's Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ), and Relational Meaning in Life Questionnaire (RMLQ) in this study. The collected data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance and SPSS-24 software. Result: The results showed no significant differences between the scores of Object Relations among psychology students and students from other majors of Islamic Azad University, Lahijan. On the other hand, there were significant differences between the variables of personality organization, personal meaning in life, and Relational Meaning in Life in psychology students and other university students. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the overall status of psychology students was better than other students in terms of personality organization, personal meaning in life, and Relational Meaning in Life. However, it is recommended that therapists, counselors, and educational administrators pay more attention to Object Relations and some personality organization variables (such as primary defenses and identity confusion) in themselves or their students, as examining and improving these variables through psychotherapy can provide a better basis for future services and prevent potential harm to clients.

Abstract:This novel contains many problems that can be studied more deeply. One of them is the personality of the main character. Everyone has a different personality and we have to know about it. Personality is important case because it will affect how we to interact and communicate with others. By knowing the character of every person, we will find easier in interaction and communication each other. The objectives of the research are : (1) to describe the personality of the main character (2) to describe the plot of the novel, (3) to describe the moral values that can be taken from the main character in the novel .This research is categorized into descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is the novel entitled And the Mountains Echoed by Khaled Hosseini, and the object of this research is the personality of the main character. In collecting the data, the researcher uses documentary study by reading and observing the novel, visiting some libraries, noting and searching the internet to get more informations. After the data are gathered, they are analyzed by using the theory of Psychology and personality by Cattell. The research findings of this research are: first, the personality of the main character are intelligent, suspicious, apprehensive and uncontrolled. Second, the plots of the novel are exposition, rising action, crisis, falling action, and catastrophe or resolution. Abstract:Reviews the book, Handbook of Social Psychology vol. 1 & vol. 2, edited by G. Lindzey . A handbook in any field of knowledge is an ambitions undertaking. When that field is growing so rapidly that changes of major significance take place between the writing of a manuscript and its publication and when the field ramifies widely with ill-defined boundaries, the task is even more formidable. In this perspective the two volumes edited by Lindzey are a magnificent achievement. They replace all existing texts and sourcebooks or any combination of text and sourcebook. They present clear and incisive accounts of the major theoretical positions in social psychology and they give good coverage to the thinking and research on all the traditional topics in the field. Many of these topics are old chapter headings in social psychology (humor and laughter, facial expression, mass phenomena) which more recent texts have omitted. And there is an excellent section of nine chapters on research methods. Moreover, many of the chapters are more than reviews of the literature in their insightful integration or in their suggestions for future research. Though social psychology has been characterized by sectarian trends and an impatience with an historical understanding of its problems, the "Handbook of Social Psychology" should help to counteract these forces. Some of the chapters are still too selective but the over-all pattern is one of real progress. High editorial standards have been maintained and the writing is not only clear, but for a handbook, unusually interesting. Almost any adequate organization of chapters in this field would have problems in finding mutually exclusive areas but the amount of overlapping in the literature reported by the various authors is not great.

Abstract:Abstract Social networks have become a part of individual lives nowadays, and most of the world’s population participates and has accounts on different social networks. This is a new phenomenon specific to the twenty-first century, as a subject entirely related to the human mind in terms of psychology and psychiatry is at the beginning of research. This study aims to provide a psychological interpretation of social networking issues. The motives for using social networks are summarized within five main motivations: affinity, human needs, self-expression, information acquisition, and personal utility. Individuals use these networks as a source to hide their true personalities and show imaginary and desirable personalities. Despite the enjoyment of networks, individuals face two major risks: revenge porn and online bullying. Online social networks have many effects and dangers on individual mental health, so excessive use causes depression, anxiety, violence, addiction, and body image distortions in individuals. Although researchers focus on the negative effects of social networks, they still have several benefits for individual health.

Abstract:Experts say that genetics and the environment are two factors that influence the human personality psychology. Some scholars believed that the evolution of human personality was due to the influence of genetic factors. Others believed that human personality strongly influenced the environment. Today, this belief has become more accepted, which is the formation of personality due to both factors of the environment and genetics. This theory is known as the effect of the gene-environment interaction (E×G or the theory of nature and education). Traits passed through human inheritance are a substrate that sometimes is reinforced by environmental factors such as education, and sometimes weakened, In addition, the person's will and determination also have a lot to do with his fate. The results of this study showed that all three perspectives of Holy Quran, Sadi and modern psychology, both factors of heredity and environment are effective in the development of human personality, and they argue that these two factors interact with each other to improve or weaken the personality in different people Gets.

Abstract:Environmental psychology, though a fast-growing field, is one of the most difficult to fit into the confines of scientific inquiry. Measuring such subjective data as reactions to color, heat, light, and sound would seem to be an almost impossible task; indeed, until now there has been no theory around which the research in this field could be organized. This volume represents a preliminary effort to identify the relevant variables involved and fit them into a systematic framework. Furthermore, it presents extensive sets of measures for investigating the theory and implementing it in a variety of everyday environments.Basically, the framework outlined here proposes that environmental stimuli are linked to behavioral responses by the primary emotional responses of arousal, pleasure, and dominance. By considering the impact of the environment on these basic emotional responses, the effects of diverse stimulus components within or across sense modalities can be readily compared. An additional concept, information rate, is used to compare the effects of different environments, each with stimulation in many sense modalities. In the final chapters the authors present a series of hypotheses which relate the emotional response variables to a diversity of behaviors such as physical approach, performance, affiliation, and verbally or nonverbally expressed preference.
