Abstract:We prove some weighted sum formulas for half multiple zeta values, half finite multiple zeta values, and half symmetric multiple zeta values. The key point of our proof is Dougall's identity for the generalized hypergeometric function ${}_{5}F_{4}$. Similar results for interpolated refined symmetric multiple zeta values and half refined symmetric multiple zeta values are also discussed.

Abstract:The sum formula is a basic identity of multiple zeta values that expresses a Riemann zeta value as a homogeneous sum of multiple zeta values of a given dimension. This formula was already known to Euler in the dimension two case, conjectured in the early 1990s for higher dimensions and then proved by Granville and Zagier independently. Recently a weighted form of Euler's formula was obtained by Ohno and Zudilin. We generalize it to a weighted sum formula for multiple zeta values of all dimensions.

Abstract:We prove sum formulas for double polylogarithms of Hurwitz type, that is, involving a shifting parameter $b$ in the denominator. These formulas especially imply well-known sum formulas for double zeta values, and sum formulas for double $L$-values. Further, differentiating in $b$, we obtain a kind of weighted sum formula for double polylogarithms and double $L$-values. We also give sum formulas for partial double zeta values with some congruence conditions. Our proofs of those sum formulas are based on certain functional relations for double polylogarithms of Hurwitz type.

Abstract:Recently, Maesaka, Seki and Watanabe discovered a surprising equality between multiple harmonic sums and certain Riemann sums which approximate the iterated integral expression of the multiple zeta values. In this paper, we describe the formula corresponding to the multiple zeta-star values and, more generally, to the Schur multiple zeta values of diagonally constant indices. We also discuss the relationship of these formulas with Hoffman's duality identity and an identity due to Kawashima.

Abstract:We give a weighted sum formula for the double polylogarithm in two variables, from which we can recover the classical weighted sum formulas for double zeta values, double $T$-values, and some double $L$-values. Also presented is a connection-type formula for a two-variable multiple polylogarithm, which specializes to previously known single-variable formulas. This identity can also be regarded as a generalization of the renowned five-term relation for the dilogarithm.

Abstract:Interpolated multiple $q$-zeta values are deformation of multiple $q$-zeta values with one parameter, $t$, and restore classical multiple zeta values as $t = 0$ and $q \to 1$. In this paper, we discuss generating functions for sum of interpolated multiple $q$-zeta values with fixed weight, depth and $i$-height. The functions are systematically expressed in terms of the basic hypergeometric functions. Compared with the result of Ohno and Zagier, our result includes three generalizations: general height, $q$-deformation and $t$-interpolation. As an application, we prove some expected relations for interpolated multiple $q$-zeta values including sum formulas.

Abstract:Recently, a new kind of multiple zeta value level two $T({\bf k})$ (which is called multiple $T$-values) was introduced and studied by Kaneko and Tsumura. In this paper, we define a kind of alternating version of multiple $T$-values, and study several duality formulas of weighted sum formulas about alternating multiple $T$-values by using the methods of iterated integral representations and series representations. Some special values of alternating multiple $T$-values can also be obtained.

Abstract:In this note, we give an exact formula for a general family of rational zeta series involving the coefficient $\zeta(2n)$ in terms of Hurwitz zeta values. Abstract:We aim to provide explicit formulas for values and derivative values along a direction of some generalized Hurwitz multizeta functions at nonpositive integers. We will express these values in terms of Bernoulli polynomials, and the derivative values in terms of Bernoulli polynomials, of derivative values at nonpositive integers of the Hurwitz zeta function, and of derivative values at nonpositive integers of some generalized Barnes zeta functions. Then we will apply these formulas in order to compute the values and the derivative values at $s=0$ of the Witten zeta functions $\zeta_{\mathfrak{g}_2}$ and $\zeta_{\mathfrak{so}(5)}$. As an application, we will find an explicit asymptotic formula for the number of representations of dimension $n$ of the exceptional Lie algebra $\mathfrak{g}_2$ using a generalized Meinardus-type theorem proved by Bridges, Brindle, Bringmann, and Franke.

Abstract:In this paper, we give a formula that connects two variants of multiple zeta values; multitangent functions and symmetric multiple zeta values. As an application of this formula, we give two results. First, we prove Bouillot's conjecture on the structures of the algebra of multitangent functions.
