Abstract:Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is a recalcitrant malignancy. Conquering it will require deep insight into its biology. In this issue of Cell, Liu and colleagues describe proteomic and phosphoproteomic landscapes of resected SCLC tumors and illustrate the potential of this knowledge to identify new SCLC vulnerabilities.
